Beth is preceded in death by both of her parents; brothers, Mark Leavitt and Robert Todd Leavitt; and sister, Lydia Ann Leavitt.
Beth is survived by her son, Brian Smith (Deanna) of Shoals; daughter, Carol Couch (Steve) of Linton; grandchildren, Hana Wright and Alexis Kent; great-grandchildren, Elle May, Octavia, and Grayson; sisters, Vicki Messick, Mary Leavitt, Sarah Fugate, and Jeri Tullius; brother, Robert Leavitt, Jr.; and step-mother, Billie Leavitt.
Cremation has been entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.samaritanfunerals.com
