Beth Rupert Obituary
LIMA -- Beth A. Rupert, age 56, passed away on January 2, 2026, at 2:58 pm, at her residence. Beth was born on August 7, 1969, in Lima, OH, to Richard and Paula (Purdy) Rupert, who survives in Cridersville, OH.
In addition to her parents, Beth is survived by her son, Jesse M. (Kristi) Owsley of Bluffton, OH ; two granddaughters, Rylee Owsley and Georgia Owsley; a brother, Darin (Katrina) Rupert of Van Wert, OH; and nieces, Alexis and Sophia and a nephew, Ethan. She was preceded in death by her fiance, Robert Harmon.
Beth was a graduate of Elida High School and had attended Lima Technical College. She had worked for more than 30 years as a home health aide, most recently with IHS, taking care of people with disabilities.
There will be a visitation held on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Shawnee Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Deb's Dogs.
The family requests that those attending the visitation wear purple, as it was Beth's favorite color.
