May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Betsy carried the energy of eternal spring around her; like an air of optimism that never dispersed. She wore her heart in her voice-a sweet tone that always upturned in a positive song of encouragement. She was very brave; a soul that remained strong & vigilant for all of those around her-so they might absorb some of that enduring energy, too. The community lost an amazing woman, a caretaker, a mother who exuded the kind of soft warmth we hope all mothers might emit. I only have the sweetest memories of this strong, lovely woman. May her exuberant energy occupy the spaces which mourn her the most; as sadness was the opposite of her demeanor! Her life should be celebrated, as willfully and sweetly as she lived. She will be missed so dearly! May she roam the flower fields in the sky with the gentle animals, a woman of song and prayer and gentle power. We love you Betsy. You have left a gratitude in our hearts that could never go out.
