Betsy Ford

Age 78, of Mpls, died surrounded by love, music, and poems on Sep 19, 2025. She loved and was loved by her husband Keith; daughters Mary and Victoria (and son-in-law Matt); sisters Vicky, Cathy, and Alex; and a wide circle of family and chosen family. Betsy had a varied career as a computer programmer, campaign staffer and legislative manager for Governor Wendell Anderson, and for 27 years a Minneapolis Public Schools math teacher. Betsy loved reading, gardening, poetry, conversations, her dogs, family, and friends. Memorial service Sat, Sep 27 at 2:30 p.m. at Judson Memorial Baptist Church, 4101 Harriet Ave S, Mpls.
