Betsy Ann McGee Brazier, age 82 of Winchester, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Betsy was born on June 2, 1943, in Shelbyville to the late Charlie Levoy and Katie Bell (Wisdom) McGee. Betsy retired from Economy Pen and Pencil Company and had previously worked at Jensen and American Can. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, fishing, and taking care of her chickens. She was a devoted member of the Union Grove Primitive Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Louise Davis, Christine McQuery, Ed McGee and Kenneth McGee. Betsy is survived by her loving husband, Larry Brazier; children, Terry (Karen) Brazier, Rita (Robert) Burns, Mark (Amy) Brazier, Darren (Kathy) Brazier; grandchildren, Maggie (Cam), Noah, Jeb, Daniel (Vala), Dalton, Elijah, Josie (Ketzel), Caleb, Dakota (Dylan) Alyssa, Samantha, Katie (Hunter), and Molly (Tripp); great-grandchildren, Rowan, Saylor, and Sophia; siblings, Margie Ward, Geraldine Street, Linda (Billy) Floyd, and Kay (James) Crowell; sisters-in-law, Evon Tucker, Sandra McGee, and Louise McGee; and many nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 1:30pm at Franklin Memorial Gardens with grandsons serving as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to Union Grove Primitive Baptist Church, C/O Jessica Tucker 550 Brannon Hill Road, Belvidere, TN 37306.
