Betsy Smith, a beacon of love and generosity, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born on November 6, 1958, Betsy's life was a testament to her unwavering faith and the joy she found in the simplest pleasures of life.
Betsy's early years were spent in the warm community of Cushing, where she attended local schools and graduated from Cushing High School in 1976. Betsy dedicated many years of service to Sunoco Pipeline in Drumright, Oklahoma, where her work ethic and collaborative spirit were greatly valued by her colleagues.
The summer of 1977 marked a turning point in Betsy's life when she married her beloved Ronnie at the Cushing Christian Church. Traveling across America with Ronnie, Betsy delighted in the beauty of the country's landscapes and the joy of sightseeing. These journeys were among her most cherished memories. Her garden was a source of immense pride, and the vegetables she cultivated were not only a testament to her green thumb but also to her patience and care.
Betsy found solace in the simple pleasures of life, such as sitting on her back porch, watching birds feed from the feeders, and listening to music that soothed her soul. Her commitment to her church community remained steadfast, and she attended services with a heart full of gratitude and love.

Her generosity knew no bounds, and her selfless nature made her a cherished friend, a beloved family member, and a respected member of her community.
