I really enjoyed working with Bette on the New Hampshire Women's Golf Association Course Rating team. I recently got up my nerve to ask the Grand Old Lady to join a group at a Tuesday tournament (she was a whole 3 years older than I). We had a wonderful time; we laughed a lot about how we "used to play". We'll tell stories about her for a long time to come!

In loving memory of a wonderful lady. Sad she is gone from our lives, but knowing she's with her beloved Lippy.

Bette was a wonderful lady, a great sports woman open and welcoming. I was greatly saddened by her loss. She will live on in all who knew her and tell her story.

Our entire family is shocked and saddened to hear of Bette's passing. I spent most every weekend as a young child along side both Lippy and Bette at countless auctions that my parents catered with their canteen truck. It was from them that I gained a love and appreciation for antiques that has stayed with me to this day. I will forever remember all they taught (especially the look but don't touch) and think of their approval in each piece I acquire to my collection. May you both rest together in peace

I was fortunate to be in Bette's first 3rd grade class at Maple Ave. Everyone has that one teacher who inspires and mentors them and helps to mold the person they become for remainder if their lives. She was mine. - a loving student.

Bette was an excellent teacher who went above and beyond. When our girls were at Maple Ave. Bette was one who organized productions so children could have the experience of performing. She left her legacy.

John and I were shocked to hear of Bette's death. We also had the opportunity to see her at the Mt. Washington Hotel with Patty Hart, Marilyn Currie and Bill Brown in the summer of 2017. At that time she looked great and conducted herself in her quiet, positive, yet dynamic demeanor. We are thankful we had that opportunity. She was very helpful organizing our 55th reunion from Plymouth State University (PTC Class of 61). She will be missed.

I was so surprised and so sad to hear of Bette's passing. We were friends when the family lived in Enfield. We both attended Plymouth and I stayed with her parents in Nashua for a while while student teaching. Bette and I had mainly been keeping in touch through Christmas cards but we did get together last summer. I am so glad we had that chance to really catch up with each other. Rest in peace and God bless, Patty
