Bette Hoopes Obituary
She was born August 15,1946, in New Castle, Pennsylvania. The daughter of late James Joseph Hartshorn and the late Eleanor Clark Hartshorn Jenkins.
Bette graduated from Choffin Career Center in 1977 and was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Left to cherish her memories is a daughter, Lori (Alex) Clemente of Kettering, Ohio, two sons, Steve (Debbie) Hoopes of Champion, Ohio and Gary (Shari) Hoopes of Huntsville, Texas; two sisters, Mary Louise Dicken of Columbiana, Ohio and Louise Hartshorn of Canfield, Ohio; twelve grandchildren, Josh Dillon, Nick (Chelsea) Dillon, Alyssa (Lexi) Clemente Patrick (Stephanie) Wallace, Emily (Jon) Boyd, Madison (Brendan) Stoneburner, Charner Hoopes and eight great-grandchildren.
Bette will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and the lasting impact she had on everyone she met. Her kindness touched countless lives and her spirit of giving will continue to inspire others.
Bette was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Linda Rukenbrod and a brother, James Hartshorn.
Calling hours are Friday, March 6, 2026 10:00am to 11:00am at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home in Warren, Ohio. Funeral Services officiated by Pastor David Clark and will be held immediately after.
She will be laid to rest at Champion Township Cemetery.
