Betty Jane Chaffin, 68, of Chillicothe, passed at 8:48 p.m. Tuesday, February 3, 2026 in the Adena Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.

She was born March 31, 1957, in Chillicothe, Ohio, to the late Thomas and Bessie Butcher Keller.

Surviving are children, Tony E. Keller, Danny (Karen) Keller, Rosie Keller, Robert Keller, and Jason Sherrick; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Mary Keller; brothers, Aire Keller, William "Billy" (Virginia) Keller, David Keller and Johnny Keller; sisters, Norma Tatman, Mary Rogers and Barbara Ison; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Stephen Chaffin; brothers, Gary Keller and Tommy E. Keller, Jr.; a sister, Carolyn Myers; and an infant sister, Ruth Ann Keller.

Betty was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church. She was an avid Bingo Player. Betty loved to support and to spend time with her entire family, especially her grandchildren. She will always be remembered for helping anyone in need.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 10, 2026 in the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Jarrod Bevan officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.
