Betty Charette Obituary
Betty Jean Charette, age 93 of Sugar Tree, TN passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024. Mrs. Charette was born on January 15, 1931 in Sugar Tree, TN to the late Lowell Huron Pratt and the late Alice Norton Baker Pratt. She was also preceded by her husband, Joseph Nelson Charette and five sisters, Georgia Conrad, Ruth Griggs, Dorothy Odle, Willodean Pratt, Martha Brown and granddaughter, Mary Jo. She was a homemaker and member of The River United Pentecostal Church in Parsons, TN.

Daughters: Elizabeth Jane Douris (James); Dinah Jean Townsend; Vikki Suesan Consiglio (William); Cindy Lee Adams (Timmy)
Son: Billy Jack Townsend (Pam)

Visitation will be on Monday, August 19, 2024 from 6:00-8:00 pm and again on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 from 12:00-1:00 pm at Oakdale Funeral Home Decatur Co.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 1 pm at the Oakdale Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
