Betty Vivian (Nelson) Click of Austin, Texas passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025 at the age of 81. Her life will be celebrated at a later date.
Betty was born August 8, 1944 in San Marcos, Texas to Ervin Joseph Nelson and Roxie Cecile Peeler Nelson. She married Barry Clinton Click in Rosenburg, Texas on September 27, 1969. Betty earned degrees from Baylor University and the University of Maryland School of Social Work, a field in which she worked for 45 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Austin. She enjoyed playing tennis, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
Betty leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 56 years, Barry Click; daughter, Carleigh Ann (Click) Chapman and husband, Trey and their children.
