Passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Southview Acres in West St. Paul, MN.
Betty was born on November 26, 1936 to Webb and Ebba (Petersen) Larson. Betty thoroughly enjoyed horses while growing up on a farm near Long Prairie, MN. She loved her family, gardening, and having coffee with friends.
She will always be remembered for her humor, sass, and her red lipstick.
She will be remembered by her daughters Deb (Don) McCole and Brenda (Scott) Cruz; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents Webb and Ebba, brother Norman, and her son Brad.
A funeral service will take place on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at 11:30AM at SUMMIT Funeral & Cremation, 6415 Carmen Ave. E, Inver Grove Heights, MN with a visitation starting at 10:00AM.
A reception will take place immediately following the service at Mallard's Southern Kitchen 5681 Blaine Ave. E, Inver Grove Heights, MN.
