Betty Hatch Obituary
Betty worked as a self-employed house cleaner for many years. She was a member of the Faith Apostolic Church in Greenfield. Betty enjoyed going shopping and traveling on vacations, especially to Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary (Larry) Tate and Linda Riegle; eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and five great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Thomas Miles; second husband, Gerald Hatch; son, Jerry Miles; three sisters; one brother; one great-grandchild; and two great great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Faith Apostolic Church, 70 Tyler Ave, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will take place following the visitation at 6:00 p.m. Pastor John Reading will be officiating. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made by mail to the Faith Apostolic Church, 70 Tyler Ave, Greenfield, IN 46140. Envelopes will be available at the church.
Friends may share a memory or condolence at www.erleweinmortuary.com.

My prayers are with the family at this time of loss. Joyce was loved and held in high regard to our family. We have so many memories, me growing up she was ever present. Later stopping by just to chat or swing on the porch. Sometimes driving down North Street, we would wave big as we passed by, she always had a smile for us. Her words of instruction and guidance are always a part of me. Thankful for who Joyce was to us and many others she touched. Continued prayers for comfort are going up.
