Betty, you were such a happy and friendly person. I loved working with you when you came to Faraday's Kithen Store. I was missing you but you are at peace. Patty Trussel-Austin, tx

Oh , so sad that our Betty is no longer here...
We first met her here in the UK around 25 years ago. We loved her and our children loved her.
Since then we have seen her a few times , a couple of which have been in her home in Austin when amongst other things she drove us around at great speed in her super new car (!) and treated us to a lovely meal . She was generous and so warm hearted and loving. Huge fun to be with ... we laughed together so much ! Her laughter was infectious as was her love for Jesus!
We will miss you lovely dear Betty. Thank you for being such a dear friend.

I met Betty in Bible Study Fellowship several years ago. She loved the Lord and was known to do the unexpected - like sing a hymn as the ladies filed in to join our study group. She was so attuned to God working in her life and He often showed up big time! Once she told me she prayed for the money to buy a new dress and God provided the exact amount! I know she is joyously praising the Lord and fellowshipping with the Saints! I will miss her humor, her encouragement and gentle spirit.

Betty was a good friend to my husband and myself. She especially supported me in prayer during very difficult times with my son. I will always cherish her friendship. Cathy Nugent

Betty told me more than once that she prayed daily, "Lord, make me a blessing to someone today," and indeed He did! She was a blessing in more lives than I think Betty would ever have believed. I know she was to me--such a faithful witness. I will miss her contagious smile, deep laughter, sparkling blue eyes, burst of song, gusto for life, love of sweets, and that always present, fanny pack! "The memory of the righteous is a blessing." Proverbs 10:7.

She was a delight. Serious but friendly and loved her Lord Jesus. That love spilled over to those around her. He is glad to have her "home" and so is she!
