Betty Jean Jenkins

Betty Jean Jenkins, 83, of Tobyhanna and formerly of Brooklyn, New York, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 22, 2026. Born in Johnstown, she was the beloved daughter of the late Catherine Keaton. Betty dedicated many years of her life as a compassionate Home Health Aide, caring for others with kindness and devotion. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Betty also loved shopping for clothes, playing Candy Crush, spending time on Facebook, and creating beautiful crochet blankets that will be cherished for years to come.

Betty was deeply loved and will be forever remembered by her son, Scott T. Jenkins Sr. and his wife, Sandra Jenkins, her grandchildren Quasia Zeigler, Shauntaya Sykes, Scott Jenkins Jr. and Samore Jenkins; her great-grandchildren, Jayden Zeigler, A'kari Givens, and Jayda Zeigler

A funeral service will take place at 4:00P.M. on Saturday, April 4, 2026 in the Bolock Funeral Home, 6148 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco Pa 18326 where a viewing will take place from 2:00P.M. until the time of service.
