Betty J. Newell, 82, of Noxen, died Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday from Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home Inc., corner of state Routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek. The visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
