Uncle Bill, Roy and I were so sorry to hear that Aunt Betty died. We want you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers. I remember as a child how Aunt Betty used to take care of me when I was sick and couldn't go to school and Mom had to work. She always tried to make me comfortable. And she loved to make chocolate cake! I also cherish the times we had as a family at Thanksgiving at Grammie's house. Also it was great to see you both when you came to Florida to visit several years ago. It will be nice to see you again on the 30th when Mom and I fly up. Aunt Betty will truly be missed.
Love, Roy and Linda

Uncle Bill,
We are deeply saddened to hear of your loss. However our memories of you and Aunt Betty will never be forgotten. I remember watching Ed Sullivan with you both on a Sunday night (on your black and white television). Then there were all the Thanksgivings together at Grandma’s. Denise and I especially cherish the time you both came to visit us at Satellite Beach. Aunt Betty always had a contagious laugh and good anecdote to share.
Know that we are praying for you. May the Lord bless and comfort you.

My thoughts go back to the night Betty was at a party at Kellie's and my apartment. Kellie played a trick on her by doing a fake seance....when it was over, Betty had black soot all over her face. Goodness, did she laugh over that! She was such a good sport about the whole thing. She often brought that up in our conversations even 18 years later! My thoughts also go back to the hundreds of games I would see Betty at, cheering on the Tigers. Her feistiness and energy would always put a smile on my face.
I am deeply saddened by her passing, but do find relief when I think about her being with HIM. She will help the Almighty run a tight ship up in heaven, for sure!
The love that she had for her family and friends was unique and special. You are all loving, compassionate and giving people.....truly a product of Betty and Bill. She has blessed us all with her charm, whit, spontaneity and energy.....what a classy woman!
Betty, until we meet again......
God Bless all of you! She will forever be in our hearts!
