Betty A. Weber, age 87, of Shawano, peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, November 24, 2025, with family by her side.

Betty was born February 3, 1938, in West Allis, a daughter of the late Peter and Erna (Zemlo) Bartel. She grew up in Milwaukee and graduated from West Allis Central High School.

On July 14, 1956, she was united in marriage to Robert "Bob" Weber at Saint Aloysius Catholic Church in West Allis. Their marriage was blessed with four daughters; Laura, Cheryl, Brenda, and Sharon. They raised their children in the Milwaukee area and later moved to Shawano following retirement. While their children were growing up, they took on many family vacation trips to Florida, which eventually led to them spending their winters there. They loved to dance and walk along the beach. Her husband preceded her in death on April 17, 2023.

Betty was a homemaker, raising her four daughters before beginning her 25-year career of dedicated, hard work as an executive secretary at McDonald's. She was a strong and loving woman who gave her best in everything she did. Betty enjoyed crocheting, sewing, swimming, fishing, and boating at the cottage or on the river. She was an exceptional cook and baker, well known by many for her delicious apple pie.

Betty's family and faith were of utmost importance to her. She was a good and faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shawano. Betty was an active volunteer within both the church and the Shawano community.

Survivors include her four daughters, Laura (Tom) VonEiff, Cheryl (Cyril) Socha, Brenda Weber, and Sharon (Greg) Dixon; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and two sisters. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Betty was preceded in death by several of her sisters, brother, and brothers-in-law.

A Funeral Mass for Betty A. Weber will be celebrated at 11:30 am on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shawano. Father Edward Looney will be the Celebrant. Visitation will begin at the church at 10:00 am and continue until the time of Mass.

In lieu of plants and flowers the family prefers memorials in Betty's name to Sacred Heart Catholic School and Church.

"The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff and volunteers at ThedaCare Hospice, especially nurses Sabrina and Heather, for the compassionate care that Betty received."
