Beverely May Goyer

Beverely May Goyer, 79, of Pryor, passed away on May 21, 2025. She was born on May 16, 1946, in Woodstock, Illinois, to Melvin and Marion Pritchett. On March 6, 1965, she married Jim Goyer in Salina, and together they built a life full of love, laughter, and lasting memories. Beverely had a gift for floral design, working in flower shops for over 20 years, including more than a decade at Patterson’s Flowers. Her work brought joy and beauty to many in the community. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Pryor and will be remembered for her gentle, loving, and kind nature. Beverely loved to travel and especially enjoyed cruises and a memorable family trip to Jamaica. She adored her grandchildren and was a devoted OKC Thunder basketball fan, rarely missing a game. Beverely’s warmth, creativity, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Beverely is survived by her husband, Jim Goyer of the home; sons, James Goyer and wife Alicia of Pryor, Oklahoma and Michael Goyer and wife Lisa of Owasso, Oklahoma; daughter, Kimberely Bruce and husband Kevin of Pryor, Oklahoma; brothers, Melvin Pritchett and wife Judy of salina, Oklahoma and Gerald Pritchett and wife Tena of Salina, Oklahoma; sisters, Patsy Hastings of Salina, OK; Sharon Littlefield of Salina, Oklahoma, Sandra Barker and husband Gary of Salina, Oklahoma, Marilyn Pritchett of Salina, Oklahoma, Pamela Kerns of Adair, Oklahoma; and Peggy Kirk of Salina, Oklahoma, 6 grandchildren, Danielle Cameron, Shelton Bruce, Cody Goyer, Justin Goyer, Brayden Goyer, and Tyler Bruce; 4 great grandchildren, Gabriel Goyer, Raelynn Cameron, Kayd Bruce, and Kian Bruce; and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Marion Pritchett, and brother, Roy Pritchett.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at First Baptist Church in Pryor with Dr. Mike Cox officiating. Burial will follow in the Ross – Mayes Cemetery with Brayden Goyer, Justin Goyer, Cody Goyer, Shelton Bruce, Tyler Bruce and Deryk Cameron serving as casket bearers. Honorary casket bearers will be her great grandchildren, Gabriel Goyer, Raelynn Cameron, Kayd Bruce, and Kian Bruce.
