Beverly Jean Argee

Beverly Jean Argee passed away peacefully under hospice care on June 23, 2023, in Citrus Heights, CA. She was born on November 21, 1929, in Grass Valley, CA to the late Anne Standard and John Domitrovich. Beverly earned an Associate Degree in Business from Mount St. Mary's Business School. She went on to work for the State of California (Department of Corrections and Caltrans) for 39 years. She met her late husband, Donald Argee in Grass Valley. They were married 53 years and raised their family in South Sacramento. Beverly enjoyed reading books especially by John Grisham. She loved watching Tennis especially her favorite player Novak Djokovic. Her favorite musical artists were Frank Sinatra, Johnny Mathis, and James Taylor. She loved her Chihuahuas dearly. Beverly was a beautiful person inside and out, a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend, who touched the hearts of all who met her. She loved cooking for her family and friends, and in her later years lunching on the patio at Bella Bru. Beverly is survived by her two sons Daniel and John; five grandchildren; Joshua, Justin, Alexis, Andrea and Christopher; six great grandchildren; Abigail, Mackenzie, Tyler, Elijah, Jayden, Lincoln. A celebration of life will be held August 12, 2023.
