Beverly A. (Phillips) Cave, 79, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at Alliance Health at West Acres in Brockton on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. She was the wife of the late Philip A. Cave. Daughter of the late Henry R. and Rena C. (Hoeg) Phillips, she was born and raised in Avon before moving to Stoughton many years ago. Beverly was a waitress and co-owner of Town Spa Pizza in Stoughton. She also owned Club Caribe in Freeport, Bahamas for 7 years. She enjoyed dancing, music, knitting and traveling, especially to Aruba.
Beverly was the mother of Michael P. Carpenter of Stoughton, Jeffrey S. Carpenter and his wife Odette of Conway, SC and the late David P. Carpenter. She was the grandmother of Jacqueline Brewer and her husband Eric, Hannah Carpenter, Cameron Carpenter, Christian Carpenter and Cailee Carpenter and great-grandmother of Juliet Brewer. She was the sister of Francis Phillips of Wolfeboro, NH, Richard Phillips of Stoughton and Sandra Peterson of Lakeville and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a gathering at Town Spa Pizza, 1119 Washington St. (Rt. 138) Stoughton on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 from 11 AM-3 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Beverly‘s memory may be made to the American Red Cross, PO Box 37839, Boone, IA 50037-0839 (https://www.redcross.org/donate/donation.html/).

I have know Beverly since my sister Bev started dating Frannie her brother. Beverly always had a big hug and smile everytime I saw her. She was kind and generous. Haven't seen her much since I moved to Maine but will always remember and love her. My prayers and condolences to all the Phillips family.
