JEROME, ID -- Beverly Ann (Boyle) Jackson, 82, passed away peacefully at Creekside Care Center on January 2, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was born on February 9, 1943, on the family farm in Grand Rapids, Ohio, the eldest of five children born to Ernest and Pauline (Fischer) Boyle.
Beverly graduated from Grand Rapids High School, class of 1961. She had many fond memories with childhood friends Shirley and Eunice going to Dairy Queen for hot fudge sundaes which was a favorite food all her life. Beverly moved with her children to Jerome Idaho in 1972 and worked for the Jerome School District for 41 years in the cafeteria & custodial department and helped cook many meals, etc. for the annual Jerome Community Thanksgiving dinner.
Beverly was a faithful and longtime member of Jerome Baptist Church and spent many years volunteering in the church nursery. She loved being a caring and devoted Mother and Grandma, doting on her grandchildren every chance she could which included sports events, music concerts, school activities and chaperone on band trips to Disney Land. Her kindness was felt by anyone lucky enough to cross paths with her.
Beverly leaves behind her beloved children: son William Jackson and daughter Lorie Ray and son-in-law Willie Ray of Jerome; grandchildren Brevin Jackson of Springfield Oregon, Shelby Kidd of Twin Falls, and Brooklyn Jackson of Nampa, Idaho; siblings Marilyn Woolace, Robert and Roger Boyle all of Weston, Ohio and Karen Johnson of Fairbanks, Alaska; sister-in-law Nancy Jackson of Jerome and step children Mike, Kenny, Becky and Lisa and numerous nieces and nephews.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents & husband Earl Jackson.
Viewing is Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 5-7pm at Farnsworth Mortuary. Her funeral will be on January 9, 2026. at 11am at Jerome Bible Baptist Church.
