Beverly Hyche Johns, 93, of Stone Mountain, Georgia, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 10, 2026. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who was loved by all who knew her. She loved her church and the Lord. She loved to travel, especially to the beach, and spending time with her family. She was an only child and was greatly adored by her mother and father.
She is survived by three children, Jennifer King, Becky Reese (Mitch), and Doug Johns (Lisa); seven grandchildren, Mandy Fuller (Josh), Brandon Reese (Cotton), Chelsey Mitchell (Clayton), Clay Benedict, Sam King (Heather), Seth King (Clowee), and Spencer King; six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at A.S. Turner and Sons Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Gardens of Memory in Decatur. The family will receive friends prior to the service at 11:00 a.m.
