Beverly Olema Lang, passed away Wednesday March 19, 2026 at NMMC- Tupelo at the age of 73. She was born November 15, 1952 to the late Billy Barton Poss and Mary Olema Hankins.
She is survived by her life partner, Rocky Hudson; a daughter, Michelle King (John) of LA; a son, Chris Lang of Starkville; her step children, Stacey Wilkinson, Samantha Langford, William Hudson; a sister, Juanita Portera; a brother, Billy Poss (Barbara); 6 grandchildren, Summer Pointer (BJ), Addison King, Taylor Lang, Drake Flowers, Bentley Lang, Cal Eaves; 4 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 11 AM Saturday April 25, 2026 at Siloam Baptist Church. Visitation with family and friends will be 10-11 AM Saturday April 25, 2026 at the church.
Memorials can be made to the West Point Animal Shelter, 5122 Old Tibbee Rd, West Point, MS 39773.
