Beverly E. Lombard, 92, of Utica, passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the Presbyterian Home.

She was born on December 25, 1932, in Utica, the daughter of the late Ralph and Emma Guild Stein. Beverly graduated from Utica Free Academy and continued her education at Germantown Hospital in Pennsylvania, where she became a registered nurse.

In 1956, Beverly married the love of her life, Louis J. Lombard, at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in New Hartford. She worked as an RN at St. Elizabeth Hospital and later retired from St. Luke's Hospital.

Beverly was a member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church in Utica and was formerly active with the Order of the Eastern Star. Her greatest joy was her family-she cherished every moment spent together, especially at the family camp at Sylvan Beach.

She is survived by her loving husband, Louis Lombard; her sons, L. Stephen Lombard and his wife, Nanci, of Rexford, and J. Scott Lombard and his wife, Deanna, of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Benjamin Lombard and his wife, Megan; Adam Lombard and his wife, Britney; Sarah Lombard; Jennifer (Mark) Lombard; and Maria Ackerman and her husband, Bryon; great-grandchildren, Lillian, Eleanor, Jude, Becket, Elliott, Madelyn, and Abigail. Her brothers in law George Moore and Phillip (Lise) Melancon and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Carolyn Moore.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Presbyterian Home for their care and compassion shown to Beverly.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 30, at 12:00 p.m. at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, Genesee Street, Utica. Interment will be private in Forest Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service.

Arrangements are with Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, 13 Oxford Road, New Hartford.
