Beverly Jo (Ames) Robison, age 82, passed away peacefully on August 29 , 2025 in Cody, Wyoming. She was born on August 25, 1943 in Laramie, Wyoming to Burnice Ames and Wilson Ames.

Growing up in Laramie, her childhood was difficult at times but filled with love. Beverly was reared by a dedicated single mother who worked tirelessly for her and her siblings.

Beverly met and fell in love with her husband, Craig, while attending the University of Wyoming. Without anyone to accompany them, Beverly and Craig travelled to Idaho and were married in the Idaho Falls temple on July 30, 1963 for "time and all eternity." They shared over 62 years together; building their family and watching it grow. Their family started with two devoted people and has now grown to more than fifty and counting.

Beverly had many varying jobs throughout her life, including: working in a meat packing plant, at a jelly bean novelty retailer, and at the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. But the job she did the most and loved the most was rearing her five wonderful children.

Beverly was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held her testimony of Jesus Christ as one of her most prized possessions.

Beverly also took great joy in serving in the church and held many different callings in the Primary, Young Women, and Relief Society organizations. She also served along with her husband as he served in the Bishopric and in the Stake Presidency. She and Craig served as missionaries at the Historic Cody Mural and Museum, and served many years as ordinance workers in the Billings Montana temple.

Beverly is survived by her husband Craig Robison, her children Tracy Bent (Daniel), Leslie Hill (David), Todd Robison (Amy), Cindy Godfrey (Chad), and Debbie Madson (Brent), her brother Charles Thomas Ames (Susanne), her eighteen grandchildren, and her thirteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother Burnice Ames, her father Wilson Ames, her brothers John Ames and David Ames, and her sister Wilma Wessels.

Services will be held Friday September 5, 2025 at 10:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Wyoming Avenue Chapel, 1719 Wyoming Avenue, Cody, WY 82414.
