Beverly J. Romeiser, age 83, a resident of Pleasant Valley, Missouri, and former resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at Liberty Hospital, Liberty, Missouri.
Beverly was born the daughter of Darrel and Velma (Chambers) Rinehart on June 27, 1942 in Chillicothe, Missouri. She was a 1960 graduate of Chillicothe High School. She went on to attend Platte Business School in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Beverly was a member of First Baptist Church in Chillicothe. She was also a member of the Royal Neighbors. Beverly was known for her warm and caring personality, she was a true people-person. She made many friends while working at Lambert Glove Factory, Indian Hills as a beautician, HyVee and then at Wal-Mart as a door greeter. She loved getting hugs from those she knew. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and playing bingo. Beverly also enjoyed watching westerns and game shows on television. She was an avid Chief's fan. Beverly loved spending time with her family. She adored her grandchildren; they were her pride and joy.
Survivors include two daughters, Tena Christmas and husband, Doug of Savannah, Missouri and Jeanna Stewart and husband, Ryan of Kansas City, Missouri; one son, Trinity (TJ) Helm of Chillicothe, Missouri; twelve grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one brother, Darrel Rinehart and wife, Kathy of Chillicothe, Missouri; and her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Curtis Hall; and one daughter, Shelly Wedlock.
A Memorial Service will be held at the First Baptist Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Friends may call at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri on Thursday, January 22, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Grand River Multi-Purpose Senior Center and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601. Online condolences may be made at www.lindleyfuneralhomes.com.
