Beverly Ann Senso

Beverly A. Senso, age 82, died peacefully on Saturday, March 28, 2026, surrounded by immediate family. She was born on July 19, 1943, to the late Edward and Marion (Arnoldussen) Coffey. Bev married the love of her life and her best friend, Gary Senso, at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Kaukauna on July 29, 1967. Bev and Gary loved spending time at their cottage on Pine Lake in Hiles, Wisconsin, with family and friends joining them often for fishing, card games, and great food.

Bev devoted her life to being a mother and caring for her family. She also was a great cook, baker and candy maker known for her famous chocolate chip cookies, zucchini bread, and variety of Christmas candies. Buying chocolate in 10-pound blocks, Bev made Christmas candy trays for many friends and family members.

Bev is survived by her sons: Doug (Cathy), of Freedom, and Phil, of Appleton; her grandchildren: Abigail and Nate Senso. She is further survived by her siblings and siblings-in-law: Mike Coffey, Dennis Coffey, Dolly Verhasselt, Mark (Patricia Koniecki) Coffey, Guy (Betty) Senso, Lee Senso, and Grant Senso; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Bev is preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Gary; her son, Peter; Gary's parents, Clifton "Nook" and Frances (Hurst) Senso; and her siblings-in-law, Sandra Coffey, Susan Coffey, and Earl Verhasselt.

The family would like to thank the kind and compassionate people at Prairie Home Assisted Living and St. Croix Hospice for the wonderful care given to Bev.

Mom, your work on Earth is complete as you've raised us wonderfully. The time has come for you to be with dad again.

Visitation for Bev will be held April 11, 2026, at HOLY CROSS CHURCH (309 Desnoyer Street, Kaukauna) beginning at 9:00 a.m. and concluding at 10:45 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Sudha Sivvam officiating. Committal will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery on April 13, 2026, at 12:00 Noon.
