Beverly Ann Stevenson, 88, of Council Grove, Kansas passed away April 13, 2025, at Council Grove Assisted Living.
She was born January 5, 1937, the daughter of Donald and Myrtle (Lewis) Dains in Americus, Kansas. She married Jerry Dean Stevenson on September 1, 1956. They had 2 children, Sandra and Sky.
Beverly enjoyed cooking, gardening and crocheting. She loved spending time with her family. Her lap was always open for a grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jerry, sister Janice, brother Leland and great-grandson Anthony Lilly.
Beverly is survived by her children: Sandra Lilly (Bob), of Topeka and Sky Stevenson (Tammy), of Council Grove; grandchildren: Jason Lilly (Alicia), Jeff Lilly (Melissa): Cody Stevenson (Abby), Tyson Stevenson (Marley), Skyler Stevenson (Jenna); and great grandchildren: Marissa Lilly, Michael Lilly, Antonia Lilly, Mason Lilly, Cohen Lilly: Tate Stevenson, Emma Stevenson and Beau Stevenson.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am, Friday, May 2, 2025, at Sawyer Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Friends Helping Friends and may be sent in care of Sawyer Funeral Home, PO Box 273, Council Grove, KS 66846.
