Beverly "Bev" Temple

1934 - 2025

Faribault - Beverly Temple, age 91, of Faribault, died on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Prairie Cottages of Owatonna.

Funeral services will be held at First English Lutheran Church, Faribault on December 30, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. with the Reverend Lisa Meshke, officiating. Interment will be at Meadow Ridge Memorial Park, Faribault.

Visitation will be held at the church for one hour prior to the service on December 30, 2025.

Arrangements are being completed by the Boldt Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Faribault.

Beverly Ann, the daughter of Glen and Eleanor (Mindrum) Shattuck was born on June 20, 1934, in Lanesboro. She married Archie Merlin Temple on April 20, 1956, at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Lanesboro. He preceded her in death on May 31, 2020. Bev was a medical secretary in St. Paul for two years and later assisted at Temple Electric Motor Service, Faribault as a bookkeeper. She enjoyed spending time with her family, knitting, singing in the church choir and Sweet Adelines; and playing in the bell choir.

Bev is survived by four children, Susan Temple of Northfield, Terri (and Dale) Freeman of Newnan, GA, Annmarie (and Bruce) Eklund of Sharpsburg, GA and David (and Pamela) Temple of Owatonna; 11 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one brother, George (and Shirley) Shattuck of Charlotte, NC; one sister-in-law, Audrey Temple of Faribault.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Archie.
