Beverly Ann Thompson Washington

Beverly Ann (Dotson) Thompson Washington, 85, of Indian Head, Maryland.
Beverly was the first of four children born to the late Archie W. Dotson, Sr. and Katherine Dotson on February 4, 1939. She was born, raised, and educated in Charles County, MD.
Beverly loved socializing, shopping, gospel singing and the casino. She decorated for every holiday. I would say mama don't buy all that junk, and she would give me the evil eye. So I would leave it alone. She was an early riser and would be the first to call with birthday greetings and holiday greetings.
Beverly peacefully transition to eternal life on January 2, 2025 at Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata, MD. She was surrounded by her children and daughter-in-laws.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Charles G. Dotson, Sr. and Kenneth L. Dotson.
She is survived by her children, Sheila Kelly (Charles Kelly son-in-law), Carolin Price (Charles Price son-in-law) James Thompson (Pasty Thompson daughter-in-law) Robert Thompson "TD" (Stacy daughter-in-law) Larry Thompson, Charles E. Kelly, Jr., Charles E. Price, Jr., LaTasha Ann Thompson, Thomas Ford, Larry Andre Thompson, Joshua "JD" Thompson, Justin Thompson and Tia Thompson; great grandchildren, Mila Ford, Charles E. Price III, Niya Lopez, James Ford, Jeremiah Ford, Sydnee Kelly, Jayceon Thompson, Amariyah Bush, Mariah Thompson, Aden Bushee, Azariyan Blythe and Ace Thompson sister Margaret Lyles and brother Archie W. Dotson, Jr., nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Viewing, 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 18, 2025, until time of Service, 11:00 a.m., in the Chapel of Thornton Funeral Home, P.A., 3439 Livingston Road, Indian Head, Maryland 20640. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery, 8000 Woodyard Road, Clinton, Maryland 20735.
