After moving to Canterbury, she had vegetable gardens, sharing much of it with family and neighbors. She grew massive sunflowers that were her favorites, always having bouquets throughout her home.

She is also survived by sister Lynda Perkins and husband Alan of Boscawen and brother Wayne Hammell of Penacook; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many dear lifelong friends that she cherished unconditionally. Beverly was predeceased by brothers Leon Hammell and Arnold Hammell; sisters Joan Veroneau and Nancy Champigny; and her parents Helen Foote Vigue and Vincent Vigue, both of Boscawen.
