Bibi Lydiate Obituary
With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Bibi Salima Lydiate who peacefully passed away on March 13, 2026 at the age of 77 in Ocala, FL. Bibi Salima Lydiate was born on July 3, 1948 in Georgetown, Guyana to Gulam Mohamad and Chiron Mohamad. She was a loving mother, nana, sister and friend who touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Her kindness, strength, and heart will always be remembered. She loved cooking, gardening, and family gatherings. She found the greatest joy in spending time with family.
She is survived by Mark (Mindy) Farrell, Ocala, FL, Justin (Amber) Farrell, Tavares, FL, Austin (Brooke) Farrell, Dunnellon, FL. Great Grandchildren, Liam, Peyton, Emilee and Baby Farrell. Her sister, Amena (Rudy) Singh and many other relatives and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, husband Herbert Lydiate, sisters and brothers.
