Bill Duncan Obituary
Mr. William Lloyd "Bill" Duncan Jr., age 57, formerly of Martin, TN, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026, in Rio Rico, AZ. Bill was born on March 26, 1968, in Memphis, TN, to William Lloyd Duncan Sr. and the late Patsy Ellen Glass Duncan.
He was of the Church of Christ faith, retired from the Produce Industry, and a graduate of The University of Tennessee in Martin, TN.
Bill spent his early years in Martin before relocating to Arizona, where he has resided for the past 25 years. He had a deep affection for animals, with a particular fondness for his cherished canine companions, Sobe and O'Malley.
In addition to his father, William Lloyd Duncan Sr. of Martin, TN, Bill is survived by his wife, Tia Hanavan Duncan of Az; one sister, Elizabeth (David) Duncan Byars of Martin, TN; three nieces, Rebecca (Boomer) Rhodes of Union City, TN, Amanda (Boone) Brown of Birmingham, AL, and Sarah Beth Byars of Martin, TN; two great-nephews, Emmett Rhodes of Union City, TN and Harris Rhodes of Union City, TN.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Patsy Ellen Glass Duncan, on July 18, 2025.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026, beginning at 12:00 pm until the hour of the service in Our Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Murphy Funeral Home in our chapel. Bro. Randy Cooper will officiate.
A celebration of life will be held in Tubac, Arizona on March 28, 2026.
