Memorial service for Bill Henderson, age 44, of Denton, Texas will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at Wesley United Methodist Church in Sulphur Springs, Texas with Chris Brown officiating. Mr. Henderson passed away in Denton County on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
William Harvey Henderson was born on July 7, 1980 in Hopkins County to Rickey Eugene and Carol Henderson Hermes. Bill was a school teacher for 10 years in the Lewisville ISD and loved teaching children. He also served 6 years in the U.S. Army with two tours in Iraq and one tour in Korea.
Bill is survived by his children, Ty Henderson, Logan Thomson, Avery Henderson; mother, Carol Henderson Hermes and stepfather Patrick Hermes; brothers, Timmy Henderson and wife Magan, Kevin Henderson and wife Beth; nieces and nephews, Eisley Henderson, Rickey Finn Henderson, Lyncoln Henderson, Meredith Henderson, Lauren Henderson, and Grady Kruckman.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rickey Eugene Henderson.
