From 1964 to 1966, Mr. Norton drove me from Detroit to Brother Rice H.S. because I lived 2 blocks away and wanted to play football. Cold winter mornings I would scrap off the ice on his windshield, get in the car, and do my homework. He would eventually jump in, say "Hi´ya Bobbie" and off we would go down Seven Mile.
Those years were special because I had him trapped and could ask him anything! I learned many things about life as we motored to and from each day. From: I will always say "the best mentor in the world."
