Billie was born November 23, 1955 in Concord, NC to Billy Forehand and Lois Jarvis. She worked in the food service industry. A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 7:30 PM at the Cromartie-Miller & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Dunn. With Pastor Manuel Torres officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 7:30PM prior to the service.
