Billie D. Bedillion

Billie D. Bedillion, 69, of Canonsburg, made her way home to be with her Lord, peacefully, Saturday, April 26, 2025, in the Washington Hospital. She was born October 29, 1955, in Canonsburg, a daughter of the late Edward C. "Bo" and Anna Marie Madosky Bonczek. Billie lived her life in Canonsburg, attended South Canonsburg Church, and was a graduate of Canon-McMillan High School, Class of 1973. She had been employed at Mayview State Hospital and for over 30 years in the custodial department for the Canon-McMillan School District, where she was loved by the children. Billie was known for her infectious laugh and enjoyed spending time cooking with her husband and making sure all her family and friends had a home-cooked meal. She was a longtime member of the White Eagles and the Polish National Union (PNU). On July 6, 2002, she married Michael "Dude" Bedillion, whom she leaves behind after 22 years of marriage. Also left behind to cherish her memory are her beloved children, Amber (Donald) Smittle and Jason Pavlek; her sister, Tanya Few; her granddogs, Jax and Opie; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased, in addition to her parents, are her brothers, Ronald Daniel Bonczek and Edward James "Brud" Bonczek; sisters, Barbara Irene "Susie" Rieger, Cherie Watson and Myra Bonczek. Friends and family are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra LFD, owner / supervisor, 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg (724-745-8120), where services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 1. Interment will follow in Oak Spring Cemetery.
