Mrs. Billie Jean England, age 86 of the Glade Springs Community, LaFollette passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2024. She was a member of Forks Grove Baptist Church. Mrs. England was a long-time sales agent with Avon Beauty Products and for a time, served as stand-in District Manager. She was also an accomplished seamstress, loved flowers and flower gardening, and her chickens. She is preceded in death by the love of her life and Husband of nearly 70 years, Mr. O.D. England in September 2023, Great-Granddaughter, Amanda Comer, Parents, Frank and Ella Mae Brewer Welch, Brother, Jim Welch, and “Favorite” Son-in-law, Arlon Durl Jones.
Survivors: Daughter, Mollie Jones and Dallas Fredricks; Son, Kelly England and Wife, Michelle; Mrs. England was also a beloved Granny, Grammy, Gigi, and “Gran” to her Grandchildren, Debra Lambdin (Shea), Jessie Vinsant (Wes), Brandie Seiber (Jon), Casey Comer (Shannon), and Ben Comer (Kellie), and Great-Grandchildren, Dean, Madison, Jax, and Emily Vinsant, Kaylee and Savanna Lambdin, Bentley, Gabrial, and Thomas Seiber; Tim “Tigger”, Miranda, Destiny Comer, Waylon Seiber, and Dylan Lambdin; Brother, Ben Welch; Sisters, Peggy Heck, Judy Bolinger, and Patsy Monday and Husband, Glen; Sister-in-law, Diana Welch; Brother-in-law, Clifton England; Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services Friday, January 5, 2024, 3:00 P.M. at Forks Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Poston officiating. Interment to follow at England Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M. Friday before funeral services. Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Mrs. Billie Jean England.
