Billie Maxwell Obituary
She graduated from C.E. Byrd High School in May of 1952 and attended LA Tech University from September 1952 until May of 1954 and was a member of the Phi Mu Sorority.
Billie married T.E. Maxwell on May 30, 1954, in Shreveport and was married for 68 years.
She worked as a secretary in the Texas School Systems in Odessa and Dallas for over 12 years. During her husband's Military Service and later Oil Co. Profession, she enjoyed living in Alaska, Canada, Scotland and Peru, plus traveling.
She moved to Longview, TX, in 1987. She enjoyed oil painting, duplicate bridge, gardening, fishing, plus RV travels with friends.

My name is Jim Cobb, Larry Cobb is my dad who I believe is Billie´s cousin. I´m sorry to hear about this tragic loss and my heart goes out to her family.
