Billie Jo "B.J." Seabaugh, 49, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2025.

She was born May 4, 1976 to Charles and Bella (Clausen) Murphy in St. Louis, Missouri.

On September 22, 2007, B.J.'s heart found its match when she married the love of her life, Christopher Scott Seabaugh. The devotion she had for her husband was clear for all to see, her days often spent caring for Christopher with the same attentiveness and love she approached all aspects of her life.

She was an avid bingo player, whose enthusiastic calls of victory were matched only by her genuine excitement of the game. B.J. loved the thrill of a day out at the casino. It was also widely known that B.J. had an exceptional love for purses.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her in-laws, Gary and Jettie Hobbs.

Survivors include her husband, Christopher; stepchildren, Ryan Seabaugh (Kristy) and Heather Prince (Frankie); grandchildren, Emily Seabaugh, Kayla Hedges, Cali Prince, Zoey Seabaugh, Ellie Prince, Frankie Jo Prince, and Raelynn Seabaugh; siblings, Bevin Mazdra (James), Tina Campbell, Chuck Murphy (Brenda), and Mona Murphy; numerous nephews; and her beloved dogs.

Services pending. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to B.J.'s Funeral Fund. To donate or sign the online guest book, please visit B.J.'s Tribute Page at www.simplifyfunerals.com.
