Billy Eugene Allen

Billy Eugene Allen, age 40, of Dover, died Saturday, June 10, 2006 near Dover. He was born November 3, 1965 in Dardanelle, Arkansas, and was a construction worker. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Marlin and Bertha Allen and Bert Mason; an aunt, Wanda Proctor; an uncle, Troy Mason; and a step-sister, Nancy Walker. Survivors include his daughter, Lindsey Allen of Russellville; his father and step-mother, Kenneth and Shirlen Allen of Dover; his mother and step-father, Nita and Floyd Combs of Dover; two brothers: Ricky Allen of Dover; and Scotty Allen of Sikeston, Missouri; two step-brothers: Quenton Combs of Copperas Cove, Texas; and William Hilderbrand of Dover; two step-sisters: Sondra Combs and Shirl Bosley, both of Dover; and a grandmother, Eunice Mason of Dover. A graveside service will be conducted by Shinn Funeral Service at 10 A.M. on Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at Rushing Cemetery near Dover. Rev. Mary Ledford will officiate. Active pallbearers will be Tandy Proctor, David Ross, Jerry Boze, Bud Chism, Tracy Eddings and Quenton Combs. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 7 to 8 P.M., at the funeral home.
