Billy has always been a sweet and kind Man. He was the love of Barbara's life and she was his. He was funny the way he kidded around with her. He always kept her on her toes. They were such a cute couple. Billy and Barbara were Best Man and Maid of Honor for my Mom's and Dad's Wedding. I will always hold Billy close to my heart. He will be missed by so many Family and Friends.
