Billy Cooley Obituary
Born February 18, 1991 at Pine Bluff, he was a son of Johnny Ray Cooley, Jr. and Rachel Pierce Cooley and was a lifelong resident of White Hall.
Billy was an asphalt paving contractor and a member of Harvest Time Church.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Mary Marie Cooper Cooley; two daughters, Amelia Rose Ann Cooley and Emma Raquel Cooley; a brother, Johnny Ray "Spanky" Cooley, Jr. (Rachel); a sister, Pleasure Cornell (Josh); nieces and nephews, Josh Cornell, Jr., Sebastian Cornell, Aurora Cornell, Johnny Cooley, III, Rosann Cooley, Vashti Cooley, and Tommy Cooley; along with many other relatives and friends.
A wake will be held Saturday beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Harvest Time Church.
The funeral service will be held Sunday, February 4, 2024, 1:30 p.m. at Harvest Time Church by Robinson & Fuller White Hall Chapel.

Billy I can't believe u left us so soon it will never be the same here without the day before u left us I was coming in from work in seen u up head of me if id new it been the last time ever saw u id done things differently I always love u my Lil cuzin I member when u was a Lil boy u always make me fix your hair I'm miss you beese.
