Hi,
This is Sam Harr's sister in Charlotte, NC. I have only met Bill a few times but he seemed like such a great guy. What I DO KNOW is how dearly my brother, Sam, and Kaye both loved Bill. Sam told me that he had lost two true brothers this year... his blood brother, Eddie, and now Bill, who was just as much as a brother to him as Eddie. Sam & Kaye are both grieving so much over Bill's passing. Please accept my deepest sympathy to Betty & all of Bill's family. You are all in my prayers that God will comfort you in this difficult time.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort. I will remember Bill as a kind and gentle man who always greeted you with a smile, whether in church or at the grocery store.

Betty, Cheri, Joe and family - I am deeply sadened to learn of Bill's passing. As one of Cheri's oldest and closest friends, I have spent a lot of time around Bill. He was one of the sweetest, kindest and most personable men I have ever known.
I know your hearts are broken, as I have witnessed your love for this big, gentle man. It is surely a great loss. But I also know how much that he loved each of you! He was a family man in every sense of the word.
I loved him too. Who could not love Bill? Bill has always treated me like I was family and I have always felt close to he and Betty.
While I have grown up and away, and had not seen Bill for many months, I have prayed for Bill ever since I heard about his diagnosis some time ago. I know that he was a good man, a dedicated and devoted husband, a loving father, a true christian and an excellent role model for all of the young boys and men in his life.
We are so sorry that Bill has gone home, but we can look forward to the day when we can all "hang out" together again in Heaven, play some games, be silly together, sing a few songs, and hear all of Bill's funny jokes.
Please let us know if there is ANYTHING that we can do for any of you.
In much love,
Norma and Kenny Adams

Betty, our heart goes out to you and your family. Bill will always be remembered as a fun loving and special person that he was. I know he will be missed by many, especially his Sunday School Class (Agape). We know he is no longer suffering and is at peace in the loving arms of Jesus. Peace be with you.

Sincere condolences to the family. Bill was my son's baseball coach in little league. His demeanor always exemplified his character which continues to live on in those he influenced.
With much gratitude for his service,
