Billy is survived by his 6 children, Billy C. Epps of Downyville,Ca. Kathy Fischer of Downyville, Ca, Eddie Epps of Nevada, Kenneth Epps of Oklahoma, Jay Epps of Wylie, Tx, and Chris Haigl of Arkansas. Many grand children and several great grand children.
He is survived by his older brother, James Richard Epps of Grand Prairie, Tx, Older Sister Gloria Pressnall from Phoenix Az. and younger Sister Sandra E. Winn of Dallas, Tx.
Billy was a blacksmith by trade and for many years was the blacksmith at Scarborough Fair in Waxahachie, Tx.
