Billy Frank James

I would like to share and send my sincere and heartfelt condolences and prayers to all of Billy's family and friends. I was very close friends with Billy and shared many good times and memories with him, but lost touch with him over the years and was looking forward to meeting back up with him very soon. Billy will be very greatly missed but never forgotten. God bless and RIP my friend

Billy was a United States Marine like myself. He would drive by in his Marine Corps, inspired golf cart and we would share stories while he was out and about walking Roscoe and Blue. He was a handy neighbor to have when you needed something done in your absence. He is already sorely missed. Semper Fi Billy.

So sorry to learn of Billy´s passing. We will always remember him driving around the neighborhood with his dogs right along with him. He was always friendly.
