Billy was born April 16th, 1948 in Covington, Kentucky, to parents Bill and Betty Martin. She enjoyed spending time with her family, singing, shopping, and crafting.
Her husband, Jim Parman, a Marine/Vietnam war veteran passed away on May 1st, 2011.
She is survived by her sons; Sean Parman (David Cropper) of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Shane Parman (Victoria) of Burlington, Kentucky, Shannon Parman (Kim) of Independence, Kentucky, and grandchildren; Chelsea, Seth, Sierra, Paige, Haley, and Dylan. Billy was predeceased by her mother and father, sisters; Betty Lou Martin, and Sandy Dickerson, and brother, David Martin.
Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger with graveside service for immediate family only. Don Catchen Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
Billy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
