Billy Joe Perry, age 78, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away January 21, 2026. He was born February 11, 1947 to the late Willie Russell Perry and Mary Frances Henson Perry in Westmoreland, TN.
He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 60 years, Paulette Roper Perry of Westmoreland, TN; his sons, Jason (Leann) Perry of Shepardsville, KY and Chad (Kelley) Perry of Westmoreland, TN; his grandchildren, Josie (Chandler) Frye, and Jake (Brooke) Perry both of Westmoreland, TN, Ragen (Brad) Browning of Bethpage, TN, Erica Lemaster, and Jordan (Cortney) Cole both of Columbia, TN, Kade Perry and Kooper Perry both of Westmoreland, TN; his eleven great-grandchildren; his sisters, Barbara Sue (Johnny) Parker of Bethpage, TN, Judy Stephens of Gallatin, TN and Linda (Tracy) Jent of Westmoreland, TN; and his brothers, Leon Perry of Gatlinburg, TN, Roger (Debbie) Perry of Lebanon, TN, William (Pam) Perry and Ricky (Regina) Perry both of Westmoreland, TN.
Mr. Perry was a graduate of WHS class of 1964. He was an Elder of New Vision Ministries. He was retired from Keystop Incorporated as a manager.
The funeral services for Mr. Perry will be conducted on Thursday, January 29th, 2026 at 12PM from New Vision with Bro. Dwayne Garner and Bro. Randy Roper officiating. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery. Serving as active pallbearers will be Jason Perry, Chad Perry, Jake Perry, Chandler Frye, Kade Perry, Kooper Perry, Jordan Cole and Brad Browning. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Lucas Browning, Cohen Frye and Ryott Lamaster.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, January 28th from 9AM till 8PM at Woodard Funeral Home and on Thursday, January 29th from 9AM till service time at 12PM at New Vision Ministries.
The family has entrusted Woodard Funeral Home with the care of their loved one. "Serving you as we would like to be served."
