Billy J. Smith

On behalf of the members of the Vietnam Security Police Association (VSPA), our deepest condolences go out to the Smith family on the passing away of Billy. He is now among comrades that he served with in Vietnam.

Louise smith boyce ..i csn remember hsring my grsnny tslk of s cecil smith. would this smith be any kin to the smith of stony point im a granddaughter of Lewis n Lennie Smith fo Stony Point , Va. I went thru my uncle linday norford family book but cant find cecil smith s name. i have dont reasearch in the past yrs on some of the smith n norfod families n the crcikenbergers of also stony point, sssorry for the loss of a loved one.
